About Dean Smart
Dean first started working in the computer service industry in 1982 and received his first certification as an Apple Certified Technician. Dean later went on to earn certifications from Altos, IBM, Compaq, Microsoft and many more.
His experience has included positions such as Systems Administrator, Help Desk Technician, and Field Service Representative. Dean is highly knowledgeable and experienced with email and server deployment, virus protection, LAN/WAN design and deployment, disaster recovery, and backup solutions.
